Body & Mind

The body and mind benefit enormously from physical exercise, and they are linked by more than just the electrical impulses generated by the brain. If the mind truly believes that something is possible then the body has the necessary impetus to make it happen.

The benefits of physical exercise are myriad; A sense of achievement, empowerment and euphoria; Enhanced self-esteem and confidence; Mitigation of the effects of some chronic conditions; A reduction in the way our bodies negatively respond to stress as well as the associated stress induced illnesses; And, of course, the aesthetic benefits of weight loss and body toning.

As your Personal Trainer, I will give you the encouragement to believe in your capabilities, and the result is that you will achieve, and feel great while doing it.

Goals

You may already have a fitness goal, and know what you would like to achieve. You may be recovering from injury, or illness and need expert advice to re-build your strength and fitness. Or you may simply know how you would like to look and feel. I can help you to make your aspirations a reality. Age, shape and fitness level are no barriers whatsoever, because, as your Personal Trainer, I will formulate a tailor made plan which will give you tangible results.

Belief, Motivation & Commitment

Belief, motivation and commitment are essential to the achievement of goals. Without a doubt, you have to believe that what you want to achieve is important. You must also have a positive attitude and then commit to making it happen. As your Personal Trainer, I will provide additional motivation which, alongside your commitment, will ensure that the achievement of your goals is quicker, more effective and much, much more fun.

The Plan

A good plan is crucial to achieving any goal and, as your Personal Trainer, I will find the most effective and enjoyable route to get you to wherever you want to be. Your programme will be meticulously planned and tailored to meet your needs. It will be bespoke, not generic; fun, varied and, importantly, include a phased progression which I will review on a session by session basis in order to ensure success.

My approach gets results. Your hard work and commitment will be rewarded with success.

‘One size fits all’ is not my philosophy for either Personal Training or life in general, and an initial, and free consultation will provide us with the opportunity to have a confidential talk through what you would like to achieve. This will also enable me to start the initial design of an effective programme plan.
